Q. What is AFI Co-Commerce?

Q. How many ranks can a Avnue Business Partner [ABP] achieve?
Avnue Business Partner can achieve six ranks - DSA, Prime, Mayor, Czar, Crown & Emperor. Any customer on AFI can become DSA after sign up in our styleav web-portal.
Q. What are the requirements to become a Avnue Partner?
After signing up as a customer you need to sign up in our styleav portal.
Everyone who is over 18 years of age and is an Indian citizen is eligible to become a ABP. You will need to be invited by an existing Avnue Business Partner as well to Sign Up.
You will also need a valid Government ID to enroll as a ABP.

Q. Do I have to pay to become a ABP?
You can sign up as a DSA for FREE by filling all the necessary details in our portal. Subject to certain terms and conditions.
AFI also does not host or charge any amount for any kind of training. As a DSA, you only have to pay for the AFI products that you order on our website.
Q. How do I place an order as a customer?

Q. How much time will it take for my order be delivered?
AFI delivers all orders within 5-7 working days. In case of unforeseen circumstances it may take little longer to deliver your order.
Q. Does AFI provide a Money Back Guarantee?
AFI specializes in trendy and high quality lifestyle products in various categories.
We believe strongly in our product so much so that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with our product you may return it in accordance to the Returns and Refund Policy of the Company.
The Following conditions apply when returning a product:
- The product must be returned in accordance to the Returns and Refund Policy of the Company.
- All tags/labels/packaging should be intact before returning an item.
- AFI reserves the right to accept or reject any claim in case the physical product does not match the description of the product sold or if the product does not fall within the timeline during which it can be returned.
- The Customer will either be offered a refunded to his or her source bank account.
- All handling charges for shipping an item or items must be borne by the Customer.
Q. After placing the order how i will be communicated about my order confirmation?
For each order you will receive a confirmation SMS/E-Mail/What’s app SMS with your invoice number. The invoice number will be written clearly on your invoice and will be visible on your confirmation screen and will be available in your order history as well.
The invoice number helps us identify you when you contact AFI Customer Care. It also helps in solving potential problems more quickly if you need help.
You invoice number is also needed in case you need to make a complaint or return a product.
Q. Shipping Charges
We strive to deliver products purchased from AFI in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. Shipping charges are mentioned below:
Upto Rs 1 to 2000: Rs 99
From Rs 2000.01 to 5000: Rs 199
From 5000.01 to 10000: Rs 349
From 10000.01 to 25000: Rs 499
From 25000.01 and above: Rs 699
If the order is cancelled or lost, we will refund the complete order amount.
If order is returned to origin then we will refund the order amount excluding the shipping charges. Once the order is delivered and returned by you then we will refund the order amount excluding the shipping charges.
If you cancel partial order, shipping charges will not be refunded.

Q. What payment options do I have when buying from AFI?
You may choose between several payment options on our website during checkout.
- Credit/ Debit Cards: Payments can be made using a credit or debit card on the styleav website
- Net Banking: Payments to AFI can also be made using either of the IMPS, UPI, Wallet or NEFT modes of payment.
** Please do not handover cash or deposit cash to the account of any distributor **
Q. What advantage do ABP [ Avnue Business Partner] get when they share their PAN card details with AFI ?
If a ABP shares their PAN card details with AFI, TDS on their earnings will be deducted at the rate of 2%.
If ABP don't share their PAN card details with us in the form of a self-attested copy, we will deduct TDS at the rate of 20% as per TDS rules as defined in the Income Tax Act of 1961.
Q. How & by what time should I report any quality or short product issues?
Within 24 hours of delivery you should report to customer care team about issues related to order. You can also call us at 1800 203 1383 and register your complaint online, else you can raise a complaint on the order page of our website.
Any claim pertaining to damage will not be approved unless the AFI warehouse team has received the physical product and conducted a quality control test.
You will be kept updated about the progress of your claim through automated emails.
Once your complaint has been approved we will arrange for a reverse pickup.
